  • Search online for guides or tutorials that explain how to store and organize information and data on your computer. There are countless free resources available that provide step-by-step instructions on how to save files in folders and how to organize them based on categories or labels.
  • Use the built-in tools on your computer or smartphone to organize files and information. For example, use the search function to quickly find files and learn how to create folders to group files.
  • Practice organizing your physical possessions, such as books or clothing, to develop a sense of structure and organization. This can help you apply the same principles to your digital information and data.
  • Collaborate with a friend, family member, or colleague who has digital skills and ask them to show you how they organize their digital files and information. This can help you learn new skills and see how others organize and store their information.
