Tasks
Task no.1
Issued by organiser or scanning QR code
Make a plan with your coach about which tasks you will perform to gain control over the following skills:
  • making an estimation of what technical problems may arise when operating devices and using digital environments;
  • resolving the above problems with the most appropriate solutions.

Examples to develop these skills:
Imagine that you have installed a new game on your computer and you try to start it, but it doesn't work. What do you do then? A good first step is to make an estimation of the problem. Maybe the game is not compatible with your operating system, your graphics card is not powerful enough, or important updates are missing. By knowing which problems can occur, you can be better prepared to solve the problem.
Once you have determined what the problem is, you need to choose the most suitable solution. This may mean installing the latest updates, lowering the graphics settings, or making another technical adjustment. Sometimes the problem can also be solved simply by reinstalling the game or restarting the computer.
By regularly practicing identifying and solving technical problems when using digital environments, you become more skilled and confident. And who knows, maybe you can even help others with their technical problems!

Step 1: Choose a technical problem when operating a device and come up with solutions for that problem.
Step 2: Then choose the most appropriate solution to start with.

But it doesn't stop there - increase the value of your badge by adding your learning process and achievements to your badge. This enables potential employers to gain a better insight into your digital skills.
