Mentor of the 1st year students
The badge is awarded to a VILNIUS TECH student who aided 1st year students integrate into the university community, introduced them to university life and the study system, helped them find answers to their raised questions, organized meetings for the mentored group(s). Acquired competencies:

Tasks
Task no.1
Evidence verified by: self-approved
Participate in the VILNIUS TECH mentor training. Provide a photo from the training as proof.
Task no.2
Evidence verified by: one activity organiser
Serve as a mentor for at least one year. To receive the badge, indicate the year(s) in which you served as a mentor, the group(s) you mentored, and the skills you acquired during this activity.
