The badge is awarded to a VILNIUS TECH student who has contributed to the smooth integration of first-year students into the university community during the first-year camp, mentored a group of first-year students, and cared for the well-being of its members in the life of the university. To earn the badge, a student must complete at least two of the following activities:
- Be a leader of a freshers' camp thus contributing to the smooth integration of freshers into the university community
- Be a leader of a mentoring camp thus contributing to the smooth integration of freshers into the university community
- Mentor a group of freshmen for at least 1 year.
