This badge is awarded for participation in the VILNIUS TECH SA three-day off-site trainings held on 20 October 2023 - 22 October 2023. During them, you became more aware of the importance of VILNIUS TECH Student Representation, the functioning of its committees, and the responsibilities of the VILNIUS TECH SA President, Vice President and HR. New knowledge and skills related to improving the quality of studies, organising SA events and training, managing social media accounts and creating content were also acquired. The training participants also learned what leadership is, how to provide appropriate feedback and ensure effective communication with companies and sponsors. Competences gained:
