Wellness consultation for VILNIUS TECH community members
This badge is awarded for participation in the open consultation "Wellness Consultation - Take charge of your health" on 24 January 2024. By taking part in the open consultation - a guest lecture - you gained knowledge on how to test your physical qualities: muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, balance, how to start exercising and being physically active, and at the same time you were able to get advice for any health problems or pain.
