This badge is awarded for attending Mad Birgens (COBE) lecture "5 Minute City" on 30 May 2024 at Vilnius Academy of Arts. The lecturer presented the concept of the "5 Minute City" and the pilot project COBE which he is developing in Jernbanebyen (a railway station district in the centre of Kolenhaga).
