Tasks
Task no.1
Issued by organiser or scanning QR code
Make a plan with your coach on which tasks you will perform to gain control over the following skills:
  • identifying needs;
  • recognizing simple digital tools and potential technological solutions for those needs;
  • choosing simple methods to customize and adapt digital environments to personal needs.

Examples to develop these skills:
Example 1: Imagine you notice that you're struggling to keep up with your tasks and organizing your daily work. You have trouble concentrating, and you're not sure how to improve your productivity. This is a need for which you can find technological solutions.
You begin by looking at simple digital tools that can help you organize your tasks. For example, you could consider an app like Trello, where you can organize tasks and prioritize them. You can also look at potential technological solutions such as noise-cancelling headphones that help you concentrate in a noisy environment.
Once you have found some options, it's time to choose a method to customize and adapt your digital environment to your personal needs. It's important to look at what works best for you. Perhaps you prefer to have all your tasks in one place, so you use Trello. Or maybe you find that you can work more focused with noise-cancelling headphones and decide to purchase them.
Example 2: Another example of a digital tool that can be used to customize and adapt digital environments to personal needs is the Chrome extension "MyVisBar." MyVisBar is designed to improve web page accessibility and enable users to customize and personalize web pages according to their preferences. With this extension, users can, for example, change the text size and color, adjust the background color, and display alternative text for images. By using MyVisBar, users can customize and adapt digital environments to their personal needs.

By recognizing your needs and searching for technological solutions in this way, you can improve your productivity and better organize your daily work.

Step 1: Think of something that you would like to see go more smoothly
Step 2: Check if there are simple digital tools and potential technological solutions that can help you. If you can't think of any, you may ask someone in your environment if they know a solution.
Step 3: Try to use this digital tool or solution.

But it doesn't stop there - increase the value of your badge by adding your learning process and achievements to your badge. This enables potential employers to gain a better understanding of your digital skills.
