To practice this, you can start by exploring different digital tools and communication tools available for specific purposes and contexts.
  • For example, imagine you have a project that requires teamwork. You can start by exploring different options, such as team chat apps, virtual whiteboards, or project management tools. Try to understand the functionalities and benefits of each tool and think about which one best fits the needs of you and your team. The same goes for communication tools.
  • For instance, if you have to give a presentation to a large group of people, selecting a webinar or video calling platform may be more suitable than emails or phone calls.
