Tasks
Task no.1
Issued by organiser or scanning QR code
Make a plan with your coach about which tasks you will perform to master the following skills:
  • editing appropriate digital technologies to share data, information, and digital content;
  • explaining how to act as an intermediary when sharing information and content using digital technologies;
  • illustrating how references and attribution can be used.

Examples to develop these skills:
Imagine that you have taken some photos of your vacation and want to share them with your friends and family. Instead of sending the photos one by one to everyone, you can use simple digital technologies to share them.
  • You could choose to upload them to an online storage service such as Google Drive or Dropbox and then share a link with those you want to show them to.
  • Or you could choose to post them on social media such as Facebook or Instagram, where your friends and family members can view and respond to them.
  • It is important to know how to use these technologies in a responsible and safe manner. For example, by only sharing with people you know and trust and ensuring that you have set the appropriate privacy settings.
  • It is also important to know how to use source and attribution references when sharing photos or other content that is not yours, to ensure that the creators of that content receive the recognition they deserve.

But it doesn't stop there - enhance the value of your badge by adding your learning process and achievements to your badge. This enables potential employers to gain a better understanding of your digital skills.
