Expert of Future Competencies' 2025
The badge is awarded to a person who cares about their future and actively explores the competencies that will be required of tomorrow's creators. VILNIUS TECH digital badge system helps recognize 17 essential (soft) competencies that can be developed by participating in university activities, projects, and events. The ability to strengthen these competencies helps gain a better understanding of oneself, build confidence, and become more competitive in the job market.
